Shipping Methods: We offer two shipping options for all orders within the UK:
- Royal Mail Tracked: For standard delivery.
- DHL: For higher-value items or expedited delivery.
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed after 2 PM (GMT) or on weekends will be processed the next working day.
- Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times:
- Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and your location within the UK. Typically, you can expect delivery within 2-5 working days for Royal Mail Tracked and 1-3 working days for DHL, but these are approximate and not guaranteed.
- Please note that delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or carrier delays.
Shipping Charges:
- We offer free shipping for all orders.
Important Information:
- We only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order. Any incorrect or incomplete details may result in delays or non-delivery, and you may be charged for re-shipping.
Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details for you to monitor the delivery status. It is your responsibility to track your order and ensure someone is available to accept delivery.
Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails, you will receive instructions on how to collect your parcel from the carrier's local depot or arrange for redelivery. Please note that after a certain period, unclaimed parcels may be returned to us, and re-delivery may incur additional charges.
Damage or Missing Items:
- In case of damaged goods upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate a claim. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.
- If you believe an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 5 working days of the shipping confirmation to investigate.
Order Cancellations: As we aim to dispatch orders promptly, cancellations can only be accepted within a very short time window after the order is placed. Please email us immediately at support@digie.co.uk if you wish to cancel your order. If the order has already been dispatched, please follow our return process.
